1. Color should always be booked before a blowout or haircut 2.When booking a color service a blowout or haircut has to be booked separately by using the add service button 3.Color prices are subject to change based on consultation at your appointment 4.Haircut includes a blowout no need to book separately 5. If you use multiple stylists for your appointment, always choose your color stylist first and add service for your cutting and styling after 6.A formal style does not include a blowout come to your appointment with clean air dried or blowdried hair (no flatiron)

NO-SHOW
We are scheduling out a considerable amount of time for our services. Appointments that are not cancelled result in a loss of income to our service providers. If you No Show your appointment after we have reached out to you by Email and Text, you will be subject to 50% of the service charge of the anticipated service amount listed at the stylist level. This fee takes care of that service providers loss of income when you failed to cancel your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Your appointments are reserved especially for you and are very important to our Dream Team. We understand circumstances arise, therefore we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. If you change or cancel your appointment less then 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of your scheduled service. If you do not show up or miss your appointments, you will be charged for the full service.
SERVICES
Color Redos - When a clear mistake (not a change of heart after service(s) are completed) occurs during a service and the agreed upon color outcome is less than satisfactory and addressed within 48 hours of original service. The color redo must be booked within one week (7 calendar days) of original service with the original stylist at no additional charge *as long as the end goal of your hair color remains within the original agreement.
PRODUCT RETURNS
We will gladly exchange any Hair Care product with a receipt within two weeks of purchase. Any tools and hairbrushes may not be returned. Those sales are final.
GIFT CARDS
No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Cards must be present for redemption.
